Having left \u003cstrong\u003eNew Zealand's \u003c\/strong\u003eNorth Island for \u003cstrong\u003eDunedin\u003c\/strong\u003e, he was ready to leave behind the musical and personal pressures that accompanied his work with \u003cstrong\u003eTKP \u003c\/strong\u003eand its more straightforwardly rocking predecessor, \u003cstrong\u003eNocturnal Projections\u003c\/strong\u003e.
