In July 2021 Flying Nun Records celebrated its 40th Anniversary at the Auckland Town Hall. The event featured 12 bands and three stages. Fuzzy went along to celebrate. This is part one of Fuzzies adventures at the party.
In this first episode Fuzzy enjoys performances by Aldous Harding, Mermaidens and Womb, as well as talking talking to various people attending the event; Roger Shepherd, Gussie Larkin, Robert Scott and Kaye Woodward from The Bats, Marlon Williams, Julia Jacklin and more.
The full lineup for the festival was Straitjacket Fits, Reb Fountain, The Bats, Aldous Harding, Wax Chattels, Subliminals, Superette, Mermaidens, Solid Gold Hell, Womb, Voom and Sulfate.
