In this weeks What Was That Thing? we have Zoe Moon, performing the track 'Casual' - live at the Flying Nun Records store.
Zoe Moon is a self described "Hawaiian born, Aotearoa bred" artist who has developed her own alchemy of "Folk RnB". She creates music with a heart, chunky grooves and also a unique range of vocal delivery styles. Elements of Gospel, Soul, Hip Hop, Blues and Jazz can be found as she weaves a world of influences into an undulating dance between strength and softness.
