The Phoenix Foundation's Friend Ship recording sessions are not yet done! They are releasing the Life Boat EP with two new tracks from said sessions. Why? Because "every Friend Ship needs a Life Boat." Listen to Beside Yourself (with Fazerdaze) here:
You can expect the full EP to be released April 20th this year, including on 7" vinyl in Lovely Turquoise Clear. You will have to be quick though, they are limited to 35! And when it includes what the band says is "probably our best "b-side" we have ever released," plus the feature by Fazerdaze, I really don't see how this can possibly be an opportunity to be missed!
The Phoenix Foundation finished a national tour last November, but if you're in Newtown, Wellington on March 7th be sure to catch them at the Newtown Festival, South Stage!
