Initially arriving in the shape of the fragmented ‘MSMSMSM’, which splinters ping-ponging chip-tune bombast into unexpectedly moody drone sequences. Meanwhile ‘VYZEE’ “tells us to shake it / if that’s what you wanna do” amidst the bounce and the bump and the chorus hooks. Other original tackle slaps into PRODUCT by way of ‘L.O.V.E’ and ‘JUST LIKE WE NEVER SAID GOODBYE’. Elsewhere we are treated to the earlier Numbers singles, which have been detonating floors over the last eighteen months in a riot of neon-coloured bursts, glistening textures, ultra-poptimistic vocal tics and rude bass science.
