Today marks the culmination of 35 years of Andrew Fagan's solo songwriting to to date, which sees it collected and released in a career-spanning compilation, Passage of Time: 1991-2025.
Fagan wears many hats, as a songwriter, poet, author, sailor, and frontman of The Mockers. Following the 2024 publication of his much-loved book Swirly World: Lost At Sea, Fagan is taking his songs and stories on the road with an epic 20-date nationwide tour throughout November: Passage Of Time – Solo Songs and Stories from a Swirly World.
Fagan and Plus1's Kurt Shanks thought, what better way to package up Fagan'sprodigious post-Mockers songwriting career to date than with a compilation of 23 handpicked songs, all set to go on the road with him.
Starting with 'I Still Want You' from 1991 and concluding with his latest offering 'Passage Of Time', which was just released last week, the Passage of Time collection draws from four albums: 'Blisters' (1993), 'Bacterial Activity' (1997), 'Admiral Of The Narrow Seas' (2011), and 'Act Normal' (2020), plus the EPs in between.
The songs on Passage of Time also cover many facets of Fagan's post-Mockers musical adventures, from purely solo releases to songs with his UK-based band LIG (Fagan, Kevin Moody, Craig Horne, Barbara Morgan) and more recently, Fagan and the People(Fagan, Darryn Harkness, Kurt Shanks, Joe Dekkers-Reihanna).

Fagan's Passage of Time November tour promises entertainment in many forms. He'll be sharing stories about his journeys with songwriting and poetry, and some hair-raising sailing adventures, alsongside songs from his time with The Mockers, and the new collection.
Fittingly, Fagan's latest single, also titled 'Passage of Time', rounds out the album. Fagan says of the song, "'Passage Of Time' is a personal philosophical look at exactly that. And a simple conclusion...Yes! Today, and Yes to Today."
