The American musician and studio all-rounder has become a key figure in modern production, with his analogue-rooted skills blending perfectly with modern pop. 2023 album ‘Glorious Game’ saw El Michels Affair go toe-to-toe with legendary rapper Black Thought, and the release became a breakout moment. Since then, El Michels Affair has been continually in-demand, working on some stellar releases from a huge spread of artists.

New album ’24 Hr Sports’ finds El Michels Affair returning to solo duties Lead single ‘Anticipate’ is a sweat-inducing sultry number, featuring guest vocals from Clairo – El Michels Affair produced her 2024 full length ‘Charm’.

It points to the sonics permeating the upcoming album, while will feature guest vocals by Norah Jones, Shintaro Sakamoto, Florence Adooni, and Rôge with musical contributions by Rahsaan Roland Kirk, Dave Guy, Lady Wray, Homer Steinweiss, Brainstory, Marco Benevento, Nick Movshon, and more.
