The Flying Nun Foundation has announced an oral history project "Flying Nun Women : Dunedin 1980s - 1990s". They have raised $11,000 for this project, but need a little more to fully complete it. More details below. 

Back in the middle of April 2022 the unholy triumvirate of Flying Nun Records, Creeps Record Parlour and Herb's Mobile Record Store combined with a selection of local artists to present the 'Flying Herb Creeps' day. 

After covid delays and cancellations, Vera Ellen has returned and re-announced a New Zealand mini-tour in support of her knockout Flying Nun debut (and Taite Prize-nominated) album It's Your Birthday.

The Chills will be touring North America this fall in support of last year's excellent album Scatterbrain. The tour is their first in three years and kicks off with a New York show at City Winery on October 16,
