Ōtautahi-based songbird, Holly Arrowsmith, has returned with a new song 'Desert Dove'.   

The charming town of Ōhinehou / Lyttleton will be home to a brand new multi-stage festival named Port Noise, taking place across three venues and featuring a first round of spectacular artists from Aotearoa including Womb, Ben Woods, Half Hexagon and many more. 

Te Papaioea-based collective Morris St Network rang in the new year with a new compilation felt cute, might delete - a retrospective collection of 2022 demos and experiments from artists all over the motu - "gorgeous debuts, demo's, secret side proj's and hidden gems" - including Welcomer, Ripship, Sports Dreams and solo projects from members of Recitals (ABG, Awning, cc(tv), Olivia Grace Wilding and Xan).   

After a year off thanks to the pandemic, the capital's annual Newtown Festival is making its return on Sunday the March 5th 2023 - and its super-stacked lineup has just been revealed.
