Flying Nun's very own post-punk trio Wax Chattels are in the running for 'Best Alternative Artist' for the second time — this year they're up against Na Noise and Anthonie Tonnon.

In step with the announcement of his upcoming album, Buda, and release of its first single, Luke Buda has announced Buda On Tour. He and his bandmates are set to traverse these Shaky Isles this coming October and November

Luke Buda from The Phoenix Foundation has announced his first solo album in 12 year - his last one "Vesuvius" was released in 2008! The first single and video for the Wellington appropriate tune is "Here Comes The Wind".

The ten albums in contention for the 2021 prize include Flying Nun's own Reb Fountain and Wax Chattels, alongside some of Aotearoa's finest musicians.
